First boil 4 cups of water. 2) Add 1 tsp oil and required salt.3) Add pasta and cook it.
Grill capsicum on direct flame. The skin should turn black in color.
Dip the capsicum in cold water and remove the outer skin.6) In a kadai, add I tsp oil. Add capsicum and carrot. Fry till tender. Keep aside.7) In the same kadai, add 1 tsp oil.8) Fry onion and garlic.9) Add the chilli flakes.
Add chopped tomato and add ¼ cup water. 11) Add salt and pepper. Let the tomato mash well.12) Add tomato puree and oregano. Mix well.
Add corn starch and thicken gravy.14)In a serving plate, place pasta first. On top with the tomato gravy. Above it, add the grilled capsicum.
