Ingredients
  

  • Pasta : 1 cup
  • Capsicum : 1 no
  • Carrot : 2 tsp (sliced)
  • Tomato : 2 nos
  • Tomato puree : 2 tsp
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Garlic : 4 cloves (chopped)
  • Pepper : as reqd
  • Chilli flakes : 2 tsp
  • Corn starch : 2 tbsp
  • Oregano : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • First boil 4 cups of water. 2) Add 1 tsp oil and required salt.3) Add pasta and cook it.
  • Grill capsicum on direct flame. The skin should turn black in color.
  • Dip the capsicum in cold water and remove the outer skin.6) In a kadai, add I tsp oil. Add capsicum and carrot. Fry till tender. Keep aside.7) In the same kadai, add 1 tsp oil.8) Fry onion and garlic.9) Add the chilli flakes.
  • Add chopped tomato and add ¼ cup water. 11) Add salt and pepper. Let the tomato mash well.12) Add tomato puree and oregano. Mix well.
  • Add corn starch and thicken gravy.14)In a serving plate, place pasta first. On top with the tomato gravy. Above it, add the grilled capsicum.
  • Serve hot.
