Beef & Liver Varattiyathu

Spicy beef and liver fry

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Beef & liver
  • 2 nos Onion
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 3 nos Green chilly
  • 1 ½ Tomato
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beef with tomato, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and 1 cup water.
  • Heat oil in a clay pot and splutter cumin seeds in it.
  • Add onion and sauté it again for 5 minutes.
  • Add garlic, coriander leaves and green chilly. Sauté again.
  • Add cooked beef and masalas.
  • Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame or till the water evaporates.
