Instructions
Heat oil in a presser cooker and sauté shallots and cardamom in it.
Add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, green chilly and tomato and sauté it for 5 minutes.
Add masalas and salt.
Cook it with beef and water as required.
Add coriander leaves.
