Beef - Kunjulli Varattiyathu

Beef and Shallots cooked with spices

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Beef
  • 50 gm Shallots
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 4 nos Green chilly
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 2 nos Cardamom
  • Cinnamon A small piece
  • 1/2 tsp Meat masala
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a presser cooker and sauté shallots and cardamom in it.
  • Add ginger, garlic, cinnamon, green chilly and tomato and sauté it for 5 minutes.
  • Add masalas and salt.
  • Cook it with beef and water as required.
  • Add coriander leaves.
