Grind wheat and soya dal together and make fine atta.
Mix atta with water and salt.
Knead well to a smooth dough.
:- The dough should be soft but not sticky. Keep it aside for 25 minutes.
Take a flat board and dust the board with dry flour.
Take a medium sized ball from the dough and roll it with the help of a rolling pin.
Make round chappathis which should not be very thick.
Put the chapati on a flat griddle and cook on medium flame.
Turn the side when you see bubbles forming on first side. Cook the other side till you see brown spots on the chappathi.
Remove the griddle from the fire and with the help of a tong (pakkad), roast the chapati on both sides on full flame to cook evenly.
:-Serve hot with curry.
