Aloo (potato) Porotta (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • Onion 1 cut in small pices
  • Green chilly 2.
  • 2 TBSP Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 TSP chaat masala
  • Jeera Powcer 1/2 TSP
  • 1/4 TSP Hing
  • Salt to tast
  • 1 Boiled Potato

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion in little oil,add green chilly,all masala and saute for a minute too add crushed potato and mix well.Adjust salt and remove from fire.
  • Put tbsp of potato mix into the batter for chapati/roti batter and roll out
  • Cook both side and add ghee before you remove from fire.
  • Serve with Dal, Curd,fresh onion and pickle for Breakfast.
