Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms guar/cluster beans
  • 1 large potato cubed
  • 3 onions sliced
  • ½ tsp haldi/turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt

Ingredients for the masala paste:

  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • 1 tsp whole dhania/coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp whole jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the guar/cluster beans into 10 pieces.
  • Grind the ingredients of the masala to make a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and sautT the sliced onions till they turn translucent.
  • Add the ground masala paste, turmeric powder and salt. Cover and cook the masala till the oil separates.(you can add a little water to cook the masala)
  • Add the guar/cluster beans and cubed potatoes and + cup water.
  • Cover & cook on a low flame for 20 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. serve it with poori or roti.
