Ingredients
  

  • 150 gms carrot chopped
  • 150 gms french beans chopped
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup coconut grated
  • 2-3 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds /rye
  • ½ tsp whole jeera/cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds/saunf
  • 6-8 curry leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies cut
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds/rye. When it crackles add the whole jeera/cumin seeds and fennel seeds/saunf.2)Add the curry leaves and green chilies.
  • Add chopped carrots and french beans, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add a cup water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • When the vegetables are cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Serve it with rice.
