Boil the corn, drain the water and crush it.
Chop garlic, ginger, onion, chillies and coriander.
In a pan add the corn. Cook the potatoes and grate it and add to the corn.
Add the onion, chillies and coriander.
To this add the corn flour, salt and pepper powder.
Cut the bread slice into round shape.
Apply the corn paste on the bread slice.
Place the corn mixture on the bread.
Pat the sesame seeds on it
In a pan apply oil and fry both sides.
Serve hot.
