Cheesy Corn Ball (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tsp Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Add refined flour and sautT for a minute.
  • Add milk and whisk well so there are no lumps
  • Switch off the heat, add cheese and mix
  • Drain corn and add and mix well.
  • Add green chillies, salt, black pepper powder and mix
  • Mash the cooked rice and add along with the coriander leaves.
  • Add the bread crumbs and salt and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into balls and roll them in bread crumbs
  • Deep fry and serve.

This can be rolled into different shapes. Shallow
