Corn Chops (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Corn
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 1 medium Onion
  • ½ ts Cheese
  • Satay sticks few
  • 2 tbs Oil
  • 1/2 ts Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 tbs Coriander
  • 2 ½ Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbs Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Chop onions, ginger, garlic, chillies and coriander. Crush the corn
  • Cut cheese into small cubes, and keep it aside
  • Mix the corn flour in water and keep.
  • In a pan add oil, fry the garlic and ginger till the smell goes off.
  • Add the onion and chillies and sautT.
  • Add the corn
  • And turmeric powder and salt and sautT.
  • Add the coriander leaves.
  • Cool it off and add the bread crumbs and mix well.
  • Place the cheese cube in the centre of the mixture and make them into oval shape
  • Add the corn flour to bind the mixture
  • Insert the stick and roll them in the bread curmbs.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Serve hot
