Ingredients
  

  • Brinjals : ¼ kg
  • Onions : 1 medium
  • Onion : 2 tsp
  • Green chillies : 2 nos
  • Garlic pods : a few
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch
  • Chilly powder : ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
  • Oil : for frying
  • Salt : to taste
  • Coriander leaves : a few

Instructions
 

  • Roast brinjals
  • Remove brinjal skin
  • Heat oil and fry onions. Add garlic and green chillies.
  • Add turmeric, cumin, chilly powder and salt.
  • Add brinjals and boil for 10 minutes at low flame.
  • Smash it with a smasher
  • At last add the chopped onions. Garnish with coriander leaves
  • Brinjal bhurta ready
