Brinjals : ¼ kg
Onions : 1 medium
Onion : 2 tsp
Green chillies : 2 nos
Garlic pods : a few
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Chilly powder : ¼ tsp
Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
Oil : for frying
Salt : to taste
Coriander leaves : a few
Instructions
Roast brinjals
Remove brinjal skin
Heat oil and fry onions. Add garlic and green chillies.
Add turmeric, cumin, chilly powder and salt.
Add brinjals and boil for 10 minutes at low flame.
Smash it with a smasher
At last add the chopped onions. Garnish with coriander leaves
