Mutton Ribs Pan Grilled

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Ribs
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Pepper corns
  • 10 pods Garlic
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely grind together Garlic/Ginger/Pepper with salt and add to honey , soya sauce and marinate the ribs for 6 hours or marinate overnight.
  • Pressure cook for 1/2 whistle and pan fry upside down or pan grill with out pressure cooking, serve with fried potato wedges and garlic loaf bread.
