Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Crab
  • 4 pods Garlic
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Curry leaves as required
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Coconut milk of 1 coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a vessel and sautT onion, salt and garlic in it.
  • Add tomato and green chilly. SautT again.
  • Add turmeric powder and chilly powder. Mix well.
  • Pour water as required and mix in the cleaned crab. Let it boil.
  • Pour coconut milk and mix in the curry leaves and mashed pepper.
  • Let it boil.
  • Serve it with pathiri or rice and feel the exotic taste of this seafood.
