- 500 g Crab
- 4 pods Garlic
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 2 Green chilly
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Curry leaves as required
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- Coconut milk of 1 coconut
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil as required
Heat oil in a vessel and sautT onion, salt and garlic in it.
Add tomato and green chilly. SautT again.
Add turmeric powder and chilly powder. Mix well.
Pour water as required and mix in the cleaned crab. Let it boil.
Pour coconut milk and mix in the curry leaves and mashed pepper.
Let it boil.
Serve it with pathiri or rice and feel the exotic taste of this seafood.
