Mutta Cake

Very tasty - Mutta cake

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Cardamom
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 2 tbsp Pure ghee

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg, salt and sugar till it rises thrice its original amount.
  • Mix in the cardamom, flour, and semolina thoroughly with a spoon. Don¦t beat while adding flour. The cake will be spoiled otherwise.
  • Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, or flat, bottom thick small vessel in low flame.
  • Pour the prepared mixture to the vessel.
  • Cook covered for 7-15 minutes in low flame.
  • You can remove the lid in between once the cake rises.
  • Unmould and serve it sliced.
