Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Any big fish
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Green chilly
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 ½ Coconut milk
  • 1-2 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a sauce pan and sautT ginger and garlic in it.
  • Add onion, green chilly and sautT again.
  • Mix in the coconut milk, salt, turmeric powder and fish. Let it boil.
  • Once the curry boils and fish gets well cooked, pour the corn flour paste and tomato. Simmer the curry in low flame for 3-5 minutes.
  • Goes well with vellayappam or paalappam.
