Delicious Naadan Crab Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 750 g Crab
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 3 Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • Water as required
  • Grinded coconut of ½ coconut
  • Curry leaves as required
  • 3 Shallots
  • Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Roast turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder together in a vessel.
  • Mix the cleaned crab, onion, green chilly, tomato, salt, roasted masala and water in a clay pot. Let it boil till the crab gets well cooked.
  • Mix in the grinded coconut and add salt if required.
  • Add curry leaves and let it boil again.
  • SautT shallots and mustard in coconut oil. Mix in with the curry.
  • Serve it hot with rice, chappati, or pathiri.
