Banana-egg Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2-4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Pure ghee

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bananas into small pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry the sliced banana in it.
  • Add the coconut and sugar and mix well.
  • Then mix in the egg by stirring continuously.
  • Stir in flame for 2-3 minutes more and take it from flame.
  • Serve it as an evening snack or as lunch for your kids
