Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Kuruva rice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 ½ Onion
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Water as required
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • 1 Cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Clean the rice and cook it with water and salt as required. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a big vessel and sautT onion, tomato, green chilly, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, cardamom and salt as required in it.
  • Mix in the cooked rice with this masala in low flame.
  • Add coriander leaves and stir well.
  • Serve it hot.
