Instructions
Clean the rice and cook it with water and salt as required. Drain the water and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a big vessel and sautT onion, tomato, green chilly, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, cardamom and salt as required in it.
Mix in the cooked rice with this masala in low flame.
Add coriander leaves and stir well.
Serve it hot.
