Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Boiled Grinded chicken
  • 1/2 no Carrot
  • 1/2 no Cucumber
  • 1/3 no Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 nos Kuboos
  • Butter for spreading
  • Sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Grate the carrot, cabbage and cucumber using a grater.
  • Mix the grated cucumber, carrot and cabbage.
  • Add the grinded chicken to this mixture. Now, pour mayonnaise to this. Mix well.
  • Spread butter on one side of each kuboos before stuffing them with the prepared mixture.
  • The chicken-mayo sandwich is ready to eat. Use sauce to taste better.
