Ingredients
  

  • Snakegourd(chopped)100gm
  • 1 tbsp coconut powder/scrapped
  • 2 greenchilly
  • seasoning ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Splutter mustard seeds,add samll onion,red chily,jeerakam,crushed ginger,curry leaves and saute well Add chopped snake gourd,coconut ,greenchilly,turmeric powder and salt. Add a little water(just to cook).Cover with lid and cook for 5-6 mins in medium flame.
