Besan Omlette
Gram Flour/Besan is made into a batter and veggies are added for making omlettes

- 2 cups Gram flour
- ½ of Onion chopped
- 1 no Tomato chopped/small
- ½ of Capsicum chopped
- 2 tsp Carrot chopped
- 2 tsp Beans chopped
- 1 no Green chilly chopped
- Salt As reqd
- Water As reqd
Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and keep aside.
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt and required water.3)Mix well without lumps. The batter should be slightly thicker than dosa batter.
Add all the vegetables and mix again.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, pour half of batter in it and cover it with a lid.Cook in slow fire.
Turn other side and cook without lid.
Repeat the same for remaining batter.8)Tasty besan omlette is ready.
