Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 500 ml Beef stock remaining beef stock after cooking the beef
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Parsley As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing beef stock sauce, heat the same pan in which the beef is roasted.
  • Mix the flour and some beef stock in it without forming any lumps.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to it and stir in flame for 1-2 minutes.
  • Take it from flame and serve the beef stock sauce hot with the beef fry.
