Ajwain(Ayamodagam) Puri

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain ratio of ajwain changeable depending upon taste, Ayamodagam
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Add together all the ingredients except oil and knead into a dough.
  • Make small puris and deep fry it.
  • Ajwain puris are ready. Serve hot or cold. Remains for 4 to 5 days. Good for health too.
