Mango Yogurt Drink - By Prasoon Prakash

A refreshing sweet mango yogurt drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Mango
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Green cardamom powder A pinch
  • 2-3 strands Saffron Kesar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mango yogurt drink, first wash, peel and remove seed from mango.
  • Make a puree of its flesh in a mixer. Transfer into a bowl.
  • In the same mixer blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute.
  • Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed. Garnish with saffron strands.
  • Mango yogurt drink in ready. Serve chilled and enjoy.
