Easy & Tasty Ladoo/Laddu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Besan Gram flour
  • 3 tbsp Semolina Rava
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar powder As per taste
  • 2 pinch Yellow color optional
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp Raisins chopped, Unakka munthiri
  • 1/2 cup Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a heavy pan. Roast the cashew nuts & raisins. Keep it aside.
  • Add besan & rava in the same pan and saute well. Fry it for 7-10 minutes in low flame. Saute till the raw smell goes. Switch off the flame.
  • After 3 minutes add sugar powder & cardamom powder. Mix it well. Add roasted cashew & raisin. Mix with hand & make small balls using palm.
  • Garnish with cashew nuts & raisins. Ladoo/laddu is ready to serve.
  • Notes: Don`t add sugar to too hot besan. Don`t use too much ghee.
