Instructions
For preparing easy egg curry, add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, garam masala, chilly, turmeric, coriander in blender.
Slightly crush it.
Heat oil in pan. Splutter mustard seeds and add tomato. When it becomes soft, add the masala and fry well.
Add coconut milk and salt. Boil and thicken it.
Add egg pieces and mix well.
Easy egg curry is ready.
