Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Green chillies
  • 1 1/2 cup Curd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mulaku vattal, slit the chilles and boil it in water with salt.
  • Keep it in sun. In evening mix the chillies with curd and keep over night.
  • Again keep the chillies in sun til dry.
  • Fry it in oil when required. Mulaku vattal is ready.
