Tiger Prawns Fried

Fried tiger prawns with onions and capsicum

Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Tiger prawns
  • 3 nos Onions chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tiger prawns fried, marinate prawns in a mixture of chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry the prawns on low heat till brown in colour.
  • Saute sliced onions and capsicum in one tbsp of oil and mix with the fried prawns.
  • Tiger prawns fried is ready. Serve hot.
