Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Beans sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 4 tbsp Chilly garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Coconut grated
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing beans sprout salad, boil beans sprout in a pan for 4 minutes. Strain and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, mix chilly sauce, spring onions, lime juice, onion, coconut, coconut milk and salt.
  • Add the beans and mix well.
  • Add green chillies on top and serve. Beans sprout salad is ready.
