Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chicken minced & cooked
  • 6 nos Bread slices
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 no Capsicum cubed
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken loaf, heat little oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion, green chillies and capsicum.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
  • Add garam masala and chicken. Mix well.
  • Add pepper and salt.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from fire.
  • Cut the sides of bread slices and dip in water and squeeze water.
  • Fill 2 tsp chicken mixture and cover in bread slices.
  • Deep fry it in oil.
  • Chicken loaf, a yummy dish with kids as well as elders, is ready.
