Thai Spaghetti & Prawns Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Prawns
  • 1 cup Chicken strips cooked) (optional
  • 2 cups Spaghetti cooked
  • 1 no Capsicum sliced
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot sliced
  • 1 cup Beans sliced
  • 1/2 cup Tofu cooked

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp Sweet chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tsp Palm sugar
  • Sesame oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing thai spaghetti & prawns salad, place spaghetti in a bowl.
  • Mix carrot, beans, tofu and onion in a bowl.
  • Heat little butter in a pan, add prawns and fry till cooked. Keep it in veg bowl.
  • Add chicken, capsicum and fry again. When done, add into bowl.
  • In a blender mix the ingredients for dressing and blend it.
  • Pour this over to bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour this over the spaghetti and serve. Thai spaghetti & prawns salad is ready.
