Ingredients
- 500 g All purpose flour Maida
- 200 g Sugar
- 3 nos Egg
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Instructions
- For preparing simple egg cake, beat egg with sugar well. 2)Add cumin powder and cardamom powder. Mix it.
- Slowly add the flour and make a thick batter.
- Mix it with hand.
- Make balls and press lightly and make small square pieces and fry it in oil.
- Simple egg cake is ready.
