Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori powder
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing tandoori potato, cut the potatoes with skin.
  • Marinate in a mixture of the above masala.
  • Either bake it in oven or fry it in oil.
  • Tandoori potato is ready.
