Instructions
For preparing cabbage pancake, drain the boiled cabbage and keep it in tissue.
In a bowl mix egg, flour, cumin, green chillies, potato and cabbage, pepper and salt.
Add milk and make it thick.
Make balls and press it.
Keep in a tawa and add little oil on sides.
Fry both sides well.
Cabbage pancake is ready.
