Cabbage Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Cabbage sliced & half boiled
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tbsp Mashed potato
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • Milk As reqd
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cabbage pancake, drain the boiled cabbage and keep it in tissue.
  • In a bowl mix egg, flour, cumin, green chillies, potato and cabbage, pepper and salt.
  • Add milk and make it thick.
  • Make balls and press it.
  • Keep in a tawa and add little oil on sides.
  • Fry both sides well.
  • Cabbage pancake is ready.
