Instructions
For preparing white wine poached salmon, marinate the salmon with parsley, crushed pepper, salt and olive oil.
Heat wine, lemon grass and ginger in a sauce pan.
Add water and bring to boil.
Add the salmon skin side down and cook covered.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
White wine poached salmon is ready.
