Instructions
For preparing chicken liver soya fry, heat butter in a pan.
Add garlic and green chillies.
Add liver and fry for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour soya sauce, ketchup and vinegar. Cook the liver pieces in it.
When done, add coriander and mix well.
Serve as a good starter. Chicken liver soya fry is ready.
