Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken liver
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 4 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chicken liver soya fry, heat butter in a pan.
  • Add garlic and green chillies.
  • Add liver and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Pour soya sauce, ketchup and vinegar. Cook the liver pieces in it.
  • When done, add coriander and mix well.
  • Serve as a good starter. Chicken liver soya fry is ready.
