Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Potato rounds
  • 4 nos Tomato rounds
  • Thyme Few
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Olive oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing potato and tomato bake, cut potato and tomato in thin round slices.
  • In a baking tray arrange them in rows, above tomatoes, cheese again, thyme on top. Again arrange potatoes, tomatoes, cheese and thyme.
  • Drizzle olive oil in sides and bake it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • When done, cut as layers.
