- 1 cup Basmathi rice cooked
- 1 no Onion chopped
- 1 no Green chillies chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 cup Parsley
- 2 nos Egg
For preparing garlic rice, first heat butter in a pan, add garlic, onion and chillies.
Fry for a while.
Add parsley and egg. Scramble the egg well.
Add the cooked rice and mix well.
Garlic rice is ready.
