Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Mango grated, raw
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • Sugar A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup Sprout beans cooked

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mango salad, pat dry the mangoes and beans.
  • Grate the mangoes and spread it and cooked beans in a bowl.
  • Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and sesame oil into a bowl and mix well.
  • Add this to the mango mix.
  • Mango salad is ready
