Prawns Easy Pulav

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Prawns
  • 2 cups Basmathi rice soaked
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 cup Peas cooked
  • 1 cup Carrot/capsicum cooked
  • 1 packet Prawns powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander powder As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing prawns easy pulav, first heat oil in a pan and fry onion and green chillies.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste. Add cleaned prawns and give a slight fry till it changes to reddish color.
  • Add oyster sauce, ketchup, pepper and salt.
  • Add the rice and fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add 4 cups of boiling water. Cook it in a covered pan or in pressure cooker.
  • 6)Meanwhile heat little oil in a pan, fry the capsicum and carrot. Add prawns powder also.
  • When rice is done, add the capsicum mix.
  • Mix well with rice.
  • Prawns easy pulav is ready. Decorate with coriander leaves.
