Prawns Egg Omlette

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Prawns
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1/2 of Tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp Onion chopped
  • 1 no Green chilly chopped
  • Coriander chopped
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 tsp All purpose flour
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing prawns egg omlette, first cook prawns with little salt. Mince and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, mix egg, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, minced prawns and maida well.
  • Whisk well.
  • Heat oil in tawa and make omlette. Add pepper on top.
  • Tasty omlette is ready.
