Instructions
For preparing prawns egg omlette, first cook prawns with little salt. Mince and keep aside.
In a bowl, mix egg, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, minced prawns and maida well.
Whisk well.
Heat oil in tawa and make omlette. Add pepper on top.
Tasty omlette is ready.
