Instructions
For preparing coconut grilled prawns, clean and de-vein prawns(can retain head).
Marinate with ginger-garlic paste.
Heat very little oil in pan, fry coconut, dry chillies, coriander, chilly powder and turmeric till light brown.
Grind the paste and marinate with prawns.
Add little salt.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
Heat oil in pan, fry prawns in it. Coconut grilled prawns are ready.
