Instructions
For preparing cold raita, beat curd with little water and salt. Whisk well.
Add cucumber, carrot, radish, green chillies and tomato.
Mix well. Add coriander leaves, cumin powder, chilly powder and sugar.
Decorate with grapes. Cold raita is ready.
Keep in fridge before serving.
