Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Vermicelli/Semiya
  • Ghee As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup Raisins chopped, Unakka munthiri
  • 1/2 cup Almonds chopped
  • Sugar As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing semiya kesari, first fry nuts and raisins in ghee. Keep aside.
  • Fry vermicelli in ghee till golden in color. Pour hot water and cook.
  • Add sugar and fried nuts to it.
  • Make it a solid stage. Do not overcook.
  • Semiya kesari is ready.
