Instructions
For preparing semiya kesari, first fry nuts and raisins in ghee. Keep aside.
Fry vermicelli in ghee till golden in color. Pour hot water and cook.
Add sugar and fried nuts to it.
Make it a solid stage. Do not overcook.
Semiya kesari is ready.
