  • 250 g Ponni rice
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing oattu pathilu, grind all the ingredients together to make a fine batter.
  • Now press some batter on a banana leaf and cook it on all sides in an(oattu kallu).
  • The pathilu should be 3/4 inches thick.
  • When cooked well apply coconut milk or pure ghee on it to make the pathilu mild.
