For preparing easy chicken masala, take a kadai, heat oil and ghee.
Add cumin seeds and chicken. Fry till chicken becomes soft and starts to change color.
Add onion, tomato, green chillies, ginger, garlic.
Add garam masla, coriander, chilly powder, turmeric, dry chillies and salt.
Add curd, cover chicken and cook it.
Do not add water. Cook in the water that comes from chicken.
Stir in between.
When chicken becomes soft and cooked, remove from flame.
Serve hot. Easy chicken masala is ready.
