Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Mushroom sliced
  • 100 g Green peas/Mutter
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 cup Full cream
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nut paste
  • Salt As rqed

Instructions
 

  • For preparing mutter mushroom curry, first cook peas in pressure cooker. Retain the water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion. Fry well. Add green chillies, garlic and saute again.
  • Add chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Add mushroom and cook it. Add the cooked peas with water. Boil for a while.
  • Add the cashew paste and boil again.
  • Add cream and stir. Remove from flame.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot. Mutter mushroom curry is ready.
