  • Gram flour As reqd, Kadala mavu
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing gram flour fried fish, marinate the fish pieces in a mixture of turmeric, chilly powder, coriander, salt and little water.
  • Dip the fish in gram flour and fry it in oil.
  • Gram flour fried fish is ready.
