Meen Vada

Minced fish added to the other ingredients and fried

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup King fish cooked with salt
  • 2 cups Gram flour kadala mavu
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions
 

  • For preparing meen vada, first mince the fish and keep aside.
  • Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Add the fish and mix well.
  • Make small balls and lightly press it.
  • Fry it in oil.
  • Meen vada is ready.
