For preparing chicken in chilli flakes, first make slits on drumsticks.
Marinate with lime juice, turmeric and salt. Steam cook it or boil it in water.
Remove and keep aside.
In a wok, heat oil. Add onion, ginger and garlic. Fry till dark color.
Add chilli flakes, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, tomato sauce and vinegar.
Mix well. Add little water if required. Add drumsticks and curry leaves.
Fry well till masala is coated well.
Chicken in chilli flakes is ready.
